Answering these questions helps us tailor your experience from the get-go and unlocks certain features designed to give you a head start. It’s a small investment of time that really pays off.
The Creator Dashboard: Your Mission Control
Once you're through sign-up (and maybe that quick onboarding), you'll land on your Creator Dashboard. This is your home base for everything you do in Genpire. It’s where your ideas take shape and become factory-ready tech packs.
The first thing you’ll likely see is the Idea Upload page, which is ground zero for every new project. You'll notice it's split into a couple of sections, like "Describe Your Product" and "Upload Your Designs." This is where you can type out your product details, keywords, and colors, or upload any reference materials you have. And we mean any—a professional sketch, a simple drawing on a napkin, a link to a product you admire, or even just a text description. You don't need a perfect CAD file to get the ball rolling. This dashboard is designed to meet you wherever you are in your creative process.
Finishing Touches: Setting Up Your Profile
With your account created, the last little bit of housekeeping is to fill out your profile. You can find your account settings and get your personal and brand information squared away. This ensures everything from tech pack ownership to manufacturer communications is clear and professional. It’s a simple but important step in making the platform truly yours.

Not at all! You can start with just a text description of your product idea. If you have reference images, a simple sketch, or even a link to a similar product, that's great, but nothing technical is required to begin.
What happens if I skip the onboarding questions?
